My purchase didn't arrive — what do I do?

Open the Gem Store (the “+” next to your gems) and tap Restore Purchases. If gems from a purchase are still missing, email us with your Apple receipt and we'll make it right.

How does the Idle Vault work?

Your base collects gold over time, even while the app is closed. Tap COLLECT on the home screen to bank it. Upgrade Idle Income and Idle Storage in the Shop to earn more.

What is Ascension?

From Stage 25 you can Ascend: reset your run in exchange for Relics that grant permanent damage, gold and HP bonuses. You keep your gems, heroes and records.

I lost my progress after reinstalling.
